There’s a natural curiosity people have about Airbnb. When catching up with friends or family it has quickly trumped my love life as the topic everyone is most interested in talking about.
The barrage goes something like this
- "How does it work?
- Aren’t you worried about someone stealing something?
- Don’t you feel weird about people using your house?
- What kinds of people have you met through Airbnb?
- Do you really make enough extra income to make it worth renting out your home?
- Do you think I could list my place?”
After much inquisition I decided to create this website and blog to showcase my work and answer these common questions.
I grew up in a house where we had guests over all the time. From a young age I learned how to be a great hostess. I know how to make people feel welcome in my home, and how to make sure they leave feeling, “Wow, what a wonderful time!”
I’m a mini “Martha Stewart” with an MBA and a travel guru who understands what an Airbnb guest is looking for while knowing how to maximize profitability for hosts. I’m a five-star rated “Superhost” and a full-time consultant to individuals and building owners wanting to list their homes and apartments for some extra cash money.
If you want to learn more about how Airbnb works from behind the scenes, or if you’re looking for tips on longer lasting flowers, how to throw a great party, or want to see pics of my latest travel adventures, head on over to my blog. If you’re interested in listing your own place but aren’t sure how to get started, check out my services. Either way, I promise you’ll learn a lot about hospitality, Airbnb, and about how much fun it can be to host guests from across the state or around the world.
